Well packaged! Not how the poor reviews left portray… in my opinion the people complaining about this company are the people who are salty they didn’t get a good hit in their packs.
My product was well packed arrived safely and I was notified of the parcels delivery date prior. Everything a good company does/should do. This is my 2nd time using them and never had an issue.

I had a silly question some weeks ago, I have sent them an e-mail, they replied in 5 minutes! They could not help me with the issue, but as I said, it was a silly question.
Just because of their friendliness, I ordered a pokemon etb a week ago, arrive in 2 days, way earlier then expected and this week I have ordered another one and just like the first order, arrived in 2 days, even if it said that it can be delivered in 2-5 days. The packages are dispatched almost immediately, they come really well packaged.
They have a really nice points program, which I really like.
I have had one of the best experiences with them, I even started to look for another game to buy from them again. I recommend them immensely.
